JJoseph Fiala was a highly versatile Bohemian composer, oboist, cello virtuoso, and master pedagogue of the Classical era. His exceptional talent earned him positions in major musical hubs across Europe, including Munich, Vienna, Salzburg, and Saint Petersburg, where he worked in the court of Catherine the Great.
This piece is a delightful, bright, and elegant Classical trio. Originally written for three instruments, this custom arrangement is perfectly voiced for two violins and a viola, offering a beautifully balanced and texturally rich classical chamber music experience.
