If I have paid for downloadable music, how do I download it to my computer?
After you have paid for your music, there will be a link to your music at the bottom of the "my accounts" page. When you click on the link, you will be downloading a compressed (zipped) folder that will contain individual pdf files of the music that you have ordered.

There is no link available for my music! What should I do?
If there is no link available for your music, there are several possibilities: 
1. Your payment was not accepted or approved.
2. The link is no longer valid, because you have waited more than seven days since purchase to try to download. (If this is the case, please contact us about a one-time renewal of the download link).
3. In general, please contact us if the link is not available for any reason. If it is an issue on our end, we will be happy to promptly email you the zipped folder containing your music.

I have found a piece I like but it is not transcribed or notated in a manner that suits my needs. Is it possible to order a custom arrangement of a piece?
Yes, if for instance you would like a string trio to be transcribed for 3 violins we are generally able to offer this service. Please contact us for specifics on this service. 

I am interested in ordering one of your custom books. Can you tell me what these books look like?
The sheet music is printed on heavyweight white 8.5 x 11 paper. We use wire coil binding, and heavy coated card-stock paper for the covers. We generally arrange the music in alphabetical order, unless otherwise advised by you. We try to allow for a minimum of page turns within one piece.
