Electronic Delivery/Shipping

All of our music is available for instant download. Our music is also available in custom and other books that we ship to you. For downloadable music, when you have purchased a selection or selections of sheet music, and your payment has been verified, you will then have immediate access to the pdf files relevant to your purchase. Other than the cost of the purchase of the pdf (sheet music) file there are no additional fees (for download-only sheet music). In the event that you, the customer, fail to successfully download your purchased files, Sheet Music 4 Strings shall, within the earlist opportunity (generally, within 24 hours) email you the file (or otherwise make the file electronically available to you for a finite period of time).  For custom selections of sheet music or other music that is to be physically delivered to our customers, Sheet Music 4 Strings generally ships music within 48 hours of payment verification. We generally do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. We do not ship outside of the United States. Please email directly to inquire about specific weekend processing of orders. We use USPS and FedEx Express Ground, unless you request otherwise. In general you should expect delivery within 7 days. Sheet Music 4 Strings does not process orders to addresses other than the billing address, for first time customers. Sheet Music 4 Strings does not guarantee same-day shipping.   
Return/Refund Policy
All sales of the downloadable sheet music that Sheet Music 4 Strings offers are final. All sheet music that we sell is available for your perusal on our site. In purchasing these files, you are recieving pdf files of the music you have selected from our site. Of course, in a case of a missing/damaged file, you will be offered a replacement file, generally within 24 hours of your purchase. Returns of custom books or other shipped sheet music is returnable for exchange only, if the part(s) are defective in the following ways: missing/damaged pages or parts, or illegible music due to faulty printing. Other returns or exchanges are not possible. You the customer will have a chance to view and study any and all selections of sheet music you make from this site, whether by electronic delivery or physical delivery. If, in the unhappy event that your shipped sheet music arrives damaged /illegible, or missing a part or page you must contact us within 14 days for an exchange. A return authorization number is required for all such exchanges.
Order Status
Sheet Music 4 Strings will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. If your order is to be shipped, all tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. 
Payment Terms
An order is not binding upon Sheet Music 4 Strings until it is accepted; Sheet Music 4 Strings must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to delivery. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified. 
Shipping Charges
The total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the Sheet Music 4 Strings invoice.
